Original Paintings:
We are using UPS, Federal Express and USPS . Except for very large pieces, shipment is free for continental USA destinations and 100% insured. Shipping times range from 7-10 days depending on destination and packaging time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the art has shipped. A signature will be required for delivery.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental USA, other types of shipping and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. We are not responsible for duties and taxes for international shipping. Shipping quotes are available for large orders and shipping to international destinations. Prints:
Allow a week to 10 days for production time and one week for shipping. Larger items may take longer in production. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Original Paintings :
- 30-Day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping cost at customer’s expense; customer must insure the artwork for returns.
- Exchanges may be made for art damaged in-transit within 30 days of order date. It will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to the artwork and send an email to mchughmld@mchughfineart.com with the photos and your order number.
